I had to leave the car park to catch my train and now I'm having trouble paying, what should I do?

For some of our car parks you can pay after you have left the car park e.g. London Underground car parks. You can call the relevant phone payment providers to pay on the following numbers:

If this payment method is not an option then you’ll need to return to the car park to pay for your parking. If you don’t, it’s likely that you’ll receive a Parking Charge Notice. If you’ve already been issued a Parking Charge Notice, please follow the instructions issued on the reverse of the notice.


On Tuesday 19 November from 23:00, we'll be making changes to our Pre-book journey which will take around 11 hours to complete. Unfortunately, during this time you won’t be able to make any new booking(s).

Although all existing booking(s) won’t be affected, you won’t be able to amend or cancel while we’re making changes.
