What kind of security measures do NCP car parks have?

To improve customer safety and vehicle security in our car parks, we use a number of initiatives. Each car park will have its own security requirements, and we deploy CCTV in many to help us run our car parks effectively. We also connect many of our car parks to our award winning Customer Contact Centre, the first for a UK parking operator. These have intercom systems that are operated 24 / 7.

In addition we work closely with the police and have NCP mobile support officers who regularly patrol the car parks.

These are some of the reasons we've been awarded the 'Park Mark Award' for safer parking. In fact, we've more Park Mark car parks than any other car parking company in the UK.
