We’ll require proof that you paid for your parking using your debit or credit card. Unfortunately we can’t offer receipts for cash payments unless you have your parking ticket.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.
