Will I get a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) if I’ve left the car park without making payment?

If the car park is a Pay and Display site, and you haven't paid for your parking you’re likely to receive a Parking Charge Notice.

For our Pay and Display sites we offer a pay by mobile payment option at some of our car parks, but for most of our car parks you still have to pay for your parking when you arrive at the car park. Depending on where you parked you may be able to pay by one of the relevant numbers below, :

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
