I am an NCP Season Ticket holder at a car park in St Albans, what do I need to do before 4 October 2019?
From 4 October 2019 the Council-owned car parks in St Albans District currently operated by NCP will instead be run by St Albans City and District Council.
Unfortunately this means we'll be cancelling your existing Season Ticket on 4 October 2019. Your current NCP Season Ticket will therefore need to be replaced by a new one issued by the Council.
