Important information regarding Bournemouth Hinton Road competition

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of National Car Parks Limited (NCP) or its associated companies, their families, or agents.
  2. You'll be automatically given one entry into our competition to win one of the four £50 Amazon Gift Cards when you Pre-book your parking at NCP Bournemouth Hinton Road car park between 00:00 GMT on Wednesday 22 May 2019 and 23:59 GMT on Friday 7 June 2019 for entries between Tuesday 28 May until Sunday 14 July 2019. Bookings received after this time will not be accepted and will not be valid for prize draw.
  3. Any booking cancellation will result in the exclusion of the booking from the entries.
  4. NCP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  5. Four winners will be chosen by random draw and will win a £50 Amazon gift card each, redeemable at www.amazon.co.uk. The prizes will be redeemable in line with all the normal Amazon.co.uk Gift Card and Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions which can be found at: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200272910

  7. Winners will be notified by email by Friday 19 July 2019 and they must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to us within five days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and NCP will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  8. The prize will be sent to each winner by post within 31 days of NCP being notified of the winner's postal address.
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  10. The decision of NCP regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  11. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] by Friday 26 July 2019.
  12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. NCP reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name in any media.
  14. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
