I entered the wrong location code when making a payment. What should I do now?

A payment will need to be made for the correct location to ensure a parking charge noticed isn’t issued for non-payment.

If you’re using the DASH system, contact DASH directly who’ll be able to issue you with a refund for the incorrect payment.

If you use the RingGo system you’ll need to complete our ‘Contact Us’ form with your registration number and details surrounding the incorrect payment.
