What is an 'alignment charge'?

This is a catch-up charge applicable for corporate customers only. It means that we can bill you for your Season Ticket on the same date each month. If your Season Ticket doesn't start on the first day of the month then we'll calculate the cost of the number of days you have paid for ahead of the start of the next month and then add it to your first payment. This is what is referred to as the ‘alignment charge’.
