What information is required to secure a refund?

We require proof of your parking stay. This can either be a receipt from the car park or a bank statement showing the payment. We’ll also require the times and dates of your stay as well as the reason you require a refund.

If your refund request is successful we’ll contact you by phone. We’ll either process refunds through BACS or transfer back onto the card used for payment.

If you require a refund from our phone payment providers, DASH or Pay by Phone, you’ll need to contact them on the below numbers.
