I have pre-booked my parking but the vehicle registration details are incorrect, what should I do?

Making changes to your personal details on your booking isn’t a problem;

For NCP operated airport car parks, you can amend your personal details up to 2 hours before you're due to park with us.

For NCP operated city car parks, you can amend your personal details up to 6 hours before you're due to park with us.

For all other operated car parks, you can amend your personal details up to 48 hours before you're due to park with us.

You can amend your vehicle registration details using our 'manage my booking' area here.

If there isn't enough time to do this before the start of your booking, call our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 050 7080 (option 1) and they'll be able to help you.
