I have pre-booked my parking but I haven’t received my email confirmation or booking reference, what should I do?

Use our 'Manage my booking' area here to check the email address you supplied is correct. You can amend the details if you’d like to use an alternative email address. You should also check your 'junk/spam mail' folder as it may have been sent there. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 (select option 1).
