How will I know that my booking has been accepted?

We’ll send you an email within 24 hours of placing your order, containing your booking reference. This email also confirm's the details of your booking so you can check that everything is okay. Print this email and bring it with you, when you arrive. If this email doesn’t arrive within 24 hours of your booking, please check your email 'spam' or 'junk mail' folder. If it's not there then call our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 050 7080 (option 1) and they'll be able to help.
