Our pay by mobile phone service makes paying for your parking easier. Once you have setup an account, the cost of your parking will be deducted from the credit or debit card you’ve assigned to your account.
We have different options depending on where you choose to park.
- In Manchester and St Albans you’ll need a PayByPhone Account
- For all London Underground car parks and Arriva Trains Wales sites - you’ll need a Park and Go Dash Account
- If you're parking at one of our Greater Anglia sites you can use a Dash account.
- For all other participating off-street car parks you’ll need a RingGo Account
Using the cashless system is easy. Once you've parked at the car park check the pay machine for the sticker that displays the unique number of your car park. Then call the telephone number displayed on the sticker. If this is the first time using our system, the automated service will help you to set up your account and take payment. If you are a returning customer then you’ll just be making a payment.
When you hang up you'll have paid for your parking and you’re free to enjoy the rest of your day. If you’ve requested it, you will receive a text message letting you know when you are about to run out of parking credit. You can top up your parking credit from your mobile should you need more time – there’s no need to return to your car.
