How do I appeal against my parking charge notice (PCN)?

If you feel that your PCN shouldn't have been issued, then please write to us and let us know why. Our address is: National Car Parks Ltd, Notice Processing, PO Box 839, Northampton, NN4 4AL.  We will respond to your letter within 14 days after we receive it. 

If your PCN begins with the letters 'CP' or 'PC' you can appeal online by clicking here. You'll need both your registration number and PCN number to hand. If you feel that NCP hasn't been able to answer your appeal you can contact POPLA.
