I was due to fly but I have decided not to travel because of Coronavirus and I’d booked parking for an NCP operated car park, what are my options?

If you booked a flexible product you can cancel and get a refund or amend your booking online.  Visit either the NCP.co.uk or BirminghamAirport.co.uk or Glasgow airport website and login to your pre-book account using the links below to manage your booking;

Changes can be made up to two hours before arrival enter the car park.

If you’ve prebooked parking on a non-flexible product and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, we can issue you with a promo code to the value of your booking which you can use to book parking for a future date.  The promo code will be valid until 31 March 2021 for bookings until 31 December 2021.
