I was due to attend an event but this has been cancelled as a result of Coronavirus and I’d booked parking for an NCP operated City car park, what are my options?

If you booked a flexible product you can cancel and get a refund or amend your booking online.  Visit NCP.co.uk and login to your pre-book account using the link below to manage your booking;

Changes can be made up to two hours before arrival enter the car park.

If you’ve pre-booked parking on a non-flexible product and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, we can issue you with a promo code to the value of your booking which you can use to book parking for a future date.  The promo code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

To request your promo code, please email us at [email protected] with your booking reference number and contact details and we'll come back to you as soon as possible.
