Coronavirus update

With increasing news coverage around the spread of COVID-19 and the impact on travel and general events, we wanted to confirm the terms applicable for amends, refunds and cancellations terms for any existing pre-booked parking at our city and airport locations. 

Our contact centre is experiencing unprecedented volumes of customer calls, chats and emails and are prioritising helping customers whose arrival date into our car parks is in the next 72 hours.  We recommend that you read and follow the advice below or visit our FAQs for answers on the most common questions.  Please bear with us as we’re working as fast as we can and will respond to all calls and emails as quickly as possible.

 

Airport pre-bookings – policy as of 13 March 2020

Flexible product booking directly with NCP

  • If you’ve pre-booked parking on a flexible product, you can cancel and get a refund, or amend your booking online as part of the terms of the product you’ve booked. This can be completed online up to 2 hours before your arrival date into the car park.  Please visit the website you booked through and cancel or amend once you’ve logged into your booking. 

 Non-flexible product booking directly with NCP

  • If you’ve pre-booked a non-flexible standalone parking product or parking bundled with a travel ancillary product like a lounge pass or fast track which you need to amend or cancel, we can issue you with a promo code to the full value of your booking.  So, for example, if your current booking is comprised of £40 parking and £20 lounge pass, we’ll give you a promo code to the value of £60. When you’re ready to redeem your promo code, you’ll be able to use the full value towards parking only or a combination of parking and lounge. Your promo code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, so plenty of time to redeem it.

Flexible product booking directly with NCP

  • If you’ve pre-booked a flexible product, the good news is that you can cancel and get a refund, or amend your booking online as part of the terms of the product you’ve booked. There is no need to contact us as you can complete this yourself online up to 2 hours before your arrival date into the car park.  Please visit ncp.co.uk and cancel or amend once you’ve logged into your booking.

Non-flexible product booking directly with NCP

  • If you’ve pre-booked a non-flexible parking product or a special event product which you need to amend or cancel, we can issue you with a promo code to the full value of your booking.  Your promo code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, so plenty of time to redeem it.

 

How do I get my promo code?

To request your promo code, please email us at [email protected] with your booking reference number and contact details and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible. We're working through every email and enquiry as quickly as we can. As it will take longer than normal to process your request, please bear with us and avoid contacting us again to follow up on when you’ll receive your promo code.
