What is a failed payment?
A failed payment is where we've attempted to charge you for an AutoPay enabled visit to one of our car parks but have been unable to do so. This may be because there's no payment method on your account, your payment method has expired or your payment method provider has declined the transaction. You'll need to login to your account at parkpass.ncp.co.uk or follow the link in the email we've sent you to resolve the failed payments. If failed payments are not resolved promptly, a Parking Charge Notice may be issued against your vehicle.
