I'm trying to settle a failed payment but can’t. How do I resolve this?

If the on screen instructions aren't working, please contact us at 0345 050 7080. Please note, we're unable to take payments over the phone for these transactions and they must be settled online through your account so please only call us if this service is not functioning as expected.
