I parked in a car park today using an AutoPay enabled vehicle but cannot see a parking session in my account. Am I at risk of getting a PCN?

AutoPay parking sessions will only appear in your transaction list after you have left the car park. This may be within a few minutes of leaving or by the end of the day. If the visit hasn't appeared on the app by the following day, please give us a call on 0345 050 7080 and we can look into this for you. You're liable to receive a PCN if no payment has been made for your parking session.
