How do I know I've definitely been charged when I use AutoPay if I don't need a ticket?
You can check your parking history in the app where your session will appear after you've driven out the car park. You'll also receive a payment confirmation email. This may be within a few minutes of leaving or by the end of the day. If the visit hasn't appeared on the app by the following day, please give us a call on 0345 050 7080 and we can look into this for you.
