From the M25: leave the motorway at junction 14. Follow the signs for Poyle Horton Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit sign posted Poyle Road. Go straight ahead at the small roundabout. Our car park is located within the grounds of the Hilton hotel which is on your left hand side at the next roundabout.
From the M4: leave at junction 5. Follow the signs for the A4 towards Heathrow. Continue along the A4. At the large junction on the fourth set of traffic lights turn onto the (A3044). At the next roundabout take the third exit sign posted Bath Road. Continue along this road for approximately 1 mile. Follow the sharp left hand bend by the Punch Bowl pub. Our car park is located within the grounds of the Hilton hotel which is on the right hand side at the next roundabout.
Upon arrival
To make your parking experience easier we have number plate recognition at the car park. If you have pre-booked a space please do not push for a ticket. Our camera will read your number plate and issue you a ticket automatically. If a ticket is not automatically issued, press the button for assistance and a ticket will be sent to you once we confirm your booking details.
If you haven’t pre-booked your space simply press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, take the ticket and find a place to park.
Leaving the car park
If you pre-booked your space then simply drive up to the exit barrier, insert the ticket you were given at the entry barrier. The barrier will raise and you can leave the car park.
If you did not pre-book your space, please take the ticket you got at the entry barrier to one of our payment machines. Insert it into the machine and we will work out how much your parking is. You can pay using your credit or debit card. Then, simply return to your car and drive up to the exit barrier, which will rise when you insert your ticket and allow you to leave.
Shuttle Bus Information
Included in the cost of parking for Prebook customers is the use of the Hotel Hoppa bus service, operated daily by National Express. Please collect your shuttle bus ticket from the Hilton hotel reception desk. You’ll need to show your ticket to the bus driver and retain it for your return journey to avoid paying extra.
Services depart from the entrance of the Hilton Hotel from 4am, with the last pick up at 11:13pm.
The bus is numbered H57 or H57X and runs approximately every 30 minutes between the car park and the main terminal buildings.
Important information:
From Tuesday 31st July the service will depart from bus stops 17 and 18
Terminal 5
All buses go to terminal 5. Please allow 20 minutes of travel time from the hotel to Terminal 5.
On your return journey, the last pick up is at 11:30pm and departs from bus stop 17 and 18.
Terminal 4
Every other bus goes to terminal 4, departing every 30 minutes. Please allow 30 minutes travel time from the hotel to Terminal 4.
If you require terminal 4, only board buses stopping at this terminal. We can’t be held responsible if you board the wrong bus.
On your return journey, the last pick up is at 11:12pm and departs from bus stop 8 and 9.
If you arrive at the airport between 11:40pm and 4am please call us on 07785 456 199 and a member of our team will arrange a free transfer back to the car park for you.
