How can I get a receipt?

If you have paid via the NCP App you can locate your receipts under the "Profile" tab and then "History and Receipts". If you have paid via the machine in the car park you can request a receipt here. When paying via our Pay Later website an email receipt will be sent automatically.

What should I do if I have paid for the wrong vehicle?

Pay for the correct vehicle registration to ensure you are covered and request a refund on the incorrect payment.

Can I pay with cash?

This car park is cashless and only accepts payment made by card or contactless mobile payments.

How do saver codes / dicounts work?

If you have an NCP App promo code you will need to apply this to your NCP App before you make payment. If you have been given a discount code that is not for the NCP App you would need to input this on the machine in the car park when you are leaving to discount your parking.

How do I claim a refund?
