Andrew Potter – Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Potter joined NCP as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2008 and has extensive knowledge and experience in retail manufacturing, logistics and consulting sectors.
He joined NCP from Australia where he spent 6 years as the supply chain Director for Australia’s largest retailer, Coles Myer Limited. There he was responsible for over 5,500 team members in 41 Distribution Centres, and was a member of the Group Operating Board as well as managing the Group’s on-line grocery business. He has an Honours Degree from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from the University of Bradford
Mike Pemberton - Airport Director
Michael joined NCP in September 2007 as the Managing Director of our Joint Venture Company in Manchester, before being appointed the Airports Director in December 2008. Michael brings to NCP a wealth of General Management experience gained by working across many sectors in senior positions. Before joining NCP, Michael worked for the Navy, Army, Air force Institute (NAAFI) as Head of International Operations were he and his team while working in partnership with the MOD, provided vital retail and leisure welfare services to members of the armed forces serving in locations such as Afghanistan and Iraq. Michael is an intuitive leader and has endless energy and passion for the customer and his teams that serve them.
Tim Duke – Technical Services Director
Tim is a chartered engineer with over twenty years experience in project and contract management, engineering and technology deployment. Previously Chief Engineer with a major UK multi-site retailer, Tim joined NCP in 1998. With a track-record covering both public and private sector schemes, he has been closely involved in the design and procurement of several multi-million pound projects. Tim is the head of the multi-disciplinary team of professionals that covers all aspects of construction, civil engineering, building services, health and safety and Computer Aided Design (CAD). He was appointed to the Board as Technical Services Director in January 2007.
Rob Baker – Managing Director, West and South West
Rob joined NCP in 2008 to head-up the rail division and Joint Ventures, including NCP Manchester Ltd. He brings with him 15 years experience from within the logistics, oil and gas, utilities, retail, and consulting sectors.
Over recent years Rob has managed retail supply chain operations for a large international retail group, and before joining NCP managed a significant business turn-around and merger within the leisure sector. Rob’s international experience spans Europe, Australasia and Africa.
Sharon Eley – HR Director
CIPD Qualified, Sharon has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. She joined NCP in 2002 as Regional Human Resources Manager and was appointed Head of Human Resources in 2007. During her time at NCP, Sharon has played an integral part in the development and delivery of our HR strategy.
