What is an NCP Season Ticket?

If you park regularly at one of our car parks, buying an NCP Season Ticket will save you money. Season tickets are available on a quarterly, monthly or annual basis. And you can pay by credit card, debit card or direct debit.

When can my season ticket start?

You can buy a season ticket at any time and they can start on any day of the week.

Will buying a season ticket make my parking cheaper?

Yes. Our season tickets offer great value for money compared to paying the standard daily parking rates. The even better news is, if you buy three or more tickets that run simultaneously you may be entitled to further discounts. How can I pay for my season ticket?

There are lots of ways to pay for your season ticket. You can use a debit or credit card (including American Express) and for season ticket renewals you can set up a Direct Debit.

How can I contact you about my season ticket?

You'll be asked to choose another option. Choose option 1 if you're an existing customer with a question for us. And option 2 if you're a new customer who wants to buy a season ticket for the first time. We'll help you to get your season ticket sorted out as quickly as we can.

What are the standard season ticket terms and conditions?

You can find the full details of our standard season ticket terms and conditions online. We'll also send you a copy when we send you your ticket and invoice. Please read these terms and conditions before you start using your season ticket. We want you to make sure you understand the rules that apply. We can help you if you have any questions. What should I do if my season ticket doesn't work?

It’s very unusual for a season ticket not to work, but if your season ticket isn’t working and you are in one of our car parks talk to one of our car park support officers – if you can’t find someone at the car park press the help button at the entry or exit barrier. Otherwise, call our customer services team on 0845 050 7080 who will help you sort the situation out as quickly as they can.

Can I use my season ticket at any NCP car park?

Your season ticket is for a specific car park, so unfortunately you can't use it at any of our other car parks.
We're really sorry if you haven't received your season ticket before your requested start date. But please don't worry. You won't lose out financially. Please take a paper ticket when you enter the car park. Remember to pay at the pay station or barrier when you leave. Then, when your new season ticket arrives, send us all your receipts and we'll give you a full refund. Please send your receipts to: NCP, PO Box 6149, Wolverhampton, WV1 9RT

I want to set up a Direct Debit. How do I make sure the money is debited from my account at a date that is convenient for me?

We don't want there to be any surprises when it comes to paying for your season ticket. The Direct Debit payment is collected between 15 and 17 days before your season ticket is due to start. Drop us a note to arrange a Direct Debit payment that is convenient for you. You can use our online form or if you’d prefer to talk to our customer services team call us on 0845 050 7080 select option 2. You'll be asked to choose another option. Select option 1 if you're an existing customer with a question for us, or option 2 if you're a new customer who wants to buy a season ticket for the first time. We'll do our level best to accommodate your requirements.

Can I change my season ticket's start date?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the start date of your season ticket once you've started using it. But if you really do need to change the start date of your season ticket before you've used it you can cancel it and set up a new one.

What happens if I lose my season ticket?

If you are unfortunate enough to lose your ticket then don't worry. Contact our customer services team online or call us on 0845 050 7080. We'll send you a replacement season ticket. (Unfortunately there will be a small fee for this, £5 plus VAT. And we're not able to refund the cost of your parking while you are waiting for your replacement ticket.)

How do I renew my season ticket?

We’ll make sure we send you a renewal reminder at least three weeks before the expiry date of your current ticket. It's really easy to renew, just pay the invoice by the due date and your ticket will automatically renew.

How do I cancel my season ticket?

If you want to cancel your season ticket for any reason, just contact our customer services team. You can do this online or by calling us on 0845 050 7080. We'll help you to get the ticket cancelled as quickly as we can.

Can I still register for a season ticket if I don't have my account or invoice details?

Don't worry if you don't have this information to hand. If you contact our customer service team online or call us on 0845 050 7080 and select option 2 we will be able to confirm your account details quickly and simply.

What is an 'alignment charge'?

This is a catch-up charge. It means that we can bill you for your season ticket on the same date each month. If your season ticket doesn’t start on the first day of the month then we'll calculate the cost of the number of days you have paid for ahead of the start of the next month and then add it to your first payment. This is what is referred to as the "alignment charge".

What does 'initial payment' mean?

The initial payment is literally the first payment you make for your season ticket. This might include an "alignment charge" or be for the first calendar month that your ticket covers. Your discount will also be applied.
