How do I make a booking at an NCP airport or city centre car park?

It's easy to book a space at any of our airport or city centre car parks. Our pre-book form makes the process simple. Select the airport or city centre, date and time you wish to park, then fill in your information and payment details. Please remember to bring with you your booking confirmation email as you’ll need this when you arrive at the car park.

Can I book airport or city centre parking at short notice?

Yes - you only need to book your parking space one day before you need to use it. Remember, if you want to save money then book your parking in advance.

How will my pre-book parking charges be calculated?

The price of your parking is based on the number of days you leave your car with us. We are unable to offer spaces at an hourly rate so the price of your booking will be rounded up to the nearest whole day.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with any of the following credit and debit cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.

How will I know that my booking has been accepted?

We’ll send you an email with your booking reference within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will also confirm all the details of your booking so you can check that everything is as you expected. By printing this email and bringing it with you, you’ll have all the paperwork you need when you arrive. If this email doesn’t arrive within 24 hours of your booking, please check your email "spam" or "junk mail" folder.
If it's not there, and you booked for city centre parking, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heathrow or Norwich airport then call our customer services team on 0845 050 7080. For all other airports, hotels and airport lounges call customer service teams 0844 871 7459.

What is "Manage my booking"?

The manage my booking service lets you check, change or cancel your booking online. You can do this at any time and it's easy to change all of your details, including the registration details of the car that you will be leaving with us. How do I amend my booking?

Making changes to your booking isn't a problem. You can change your booking online up to 24 hours before you are due to park with us. There is no charge for doing so. The easiest way to make changes is to use the manage my booking pages. Click here to manage an airport booking or click here to manage a city centre booking.
Please note that for Edinburgh Airport all bookings are non-flexible and cannot be altered.

What happens if I want to bring a different car to the one I booked my space for?

It's not a problem. If you’re driving a different car to the one you reserved a space for, you can change the car registration details online. Simply visit our manage my booking page. Click here to manage an airport booking or click here to manage a city centre booking.

How can I cancel my booking?

It is easy to cancel your booking. Your booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before you are due to park with us. The easiest way is to use the manage my booking page. At our city centre car parks, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Heathrow Airport there is a cancellation fee of £9.50. At our other airport car parks there is no charge for cancellations. Additionally we will not be able to refund any call centre booking fees or credit card surcharges that were included in the original cost of booking your space. However, if you booked using a non flexible option this means you won’t receive any refund.
This shows you all of the bookings you've made with us in the last 12 months. To see a list of your previous bookings enter your email address and postcode into the relevant boxes on this page. If you've recently moved house don't forget to use the postcode that you used to make your last booking.

What if I have a complaint?

We hope that you never have to make a complaint about any of our services or our car parks. However, if you do want to make a complaint about our city centre car parking or parked at Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heathrow or Norwich Airport, there are a number of ways you can contact us such as using our online contact form. What is valet parking?

With our premium valet parking service you drive straight up to the airport terminal and park your car in the valet bays. You’ll be met by our valet team who’ll do a check of your car and complete all of the paperwork. A quick signature from you and your keys means that you can be on your way to your check-in desk.
