What is RingGo?

RingGo is a mobile phone service which should make paying for your parking easier. Once you have set up a RingGo account you can pay for your parking by credit or debit card over the phone. This means no more queues at the pay station or looking for the right change. To use RingGo - call 020 3046 0010 and set up your account.

Which NCP car parks allow me to pay by mobile phone?

You can pay by mobile phone at most of our pay and display car parks. It's easy to check if your chosen car park accepts payment by mobile just go to our car park locator page, or take a look at this handy map .

How do I pay for parking with my mobile phone?

First check the number of your car park - this will be displayed on the ticket machines in all car parks that operate the pay-by-mobile service . Then give RingGo a call on 0203 046 0010. The automated service will help you to set up your account and take payment so that when you hang up you'll have paid for your parking and you are free to enjoy the rest of your day. You will receive a text message letting you know when you are about to run out of parking credit and you can top up from your mobile should you need more time – there’s no need to return to your car.

What tariffs will I pay if I park using my mobile?

There's a fee of about 30p to pay on top of the cost of your parking ticket. To find out the exact amount just look at the car park finder page for the cost for the car park you want to park in.

I'm having difficulties using the RingGo service. What should I do?

We're sorry that you are having problems. You can get technical help online at the RingGo website. If you have any feedback about our pay by mobile service you can also contact our customer services team by calling 0845 050 7080.

I've used RingGo to pay for my parking, but I've received a parking fine. What should I do?

We're really sorry that you have been given a parking ticket when you think you shouldn't have. To resolve the problem please contact us as soon as you can. Our address is: National Car Parks Ltd, Notice Processing, PO Box 839, Northampton, NN4 4AL We will respond to your letter within 14 working days after the day we receive it.

I've paid with my mobile phone but the ticket machine did not give me a paper ticket. What should I do?

Don't worry – you don't need a paper ticket when you pay by mobile phone. Our car park attendants will check your registration number while you're parked in the car park, and they will be able to see that you have paid using RingGo.
