I've used RingGo to pay for my parking, but I've received a parking contravention notice. What should I do?

How do I pay my parking contravention charge?
If your Parking Contravention Charge Notice (PCCN) starts with the letters 'CP' or 'PC' you can pay it online, simply
click here. You'll need your vehicle's registration number and your PCCN number to hand. If you would rather pay your parking contravention charge over the telephone, call our payments line on 0845 452 7780.
How do I appeal against my parking contravention notice?
If you feel that your parking contravention notice shouldn’t have been issued, then please write to us and let us know why. Our address is: National Car Parks Ltd, Notice Processing, PO Box 839, Northampton, NN4 4AL We will respond to your letter within 14 working days after the day we receive it.
