When you arrive

To make your parking experience easier we now have number plate recognition. If you have pre-booked a space you no longer need to push for a ticket.

Our cameras will read your number plate and issue you a ticket automatically. However, if you haven’t given us your registration number as part of your booking, our system won’t be able to automatically recognise your booking.

Please don’t push the button for a ticket, push the help button and a member of our customer services team will assist you. If you’d like to add your registration number to your existing booking click here

The car park is still available if you don’t want to pre-book your space. Simply press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, take the ticket and find a place to park.

When you want to leave

If you’ve pre-booked your space then simply drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket you were given on entry into the exit machine. The barrier will raise and you can leave the car park. If this doesn’t work press the assistance button and our customer services team will help you.

If you haven’t pre-booked your space, please take the ticket you got at the entry barrier to one of our payment machines. Insert it into the machine and we’ll work out how much your parking is. You can pay using cash or with your credit or debit card.

Then simply return to your car and drive up to the exit barrier, which will rise when you insert your ticket and allow you to leave.

Things you should know

Please be aware that if you stay longer than your pre-booked time, then you’ll be charged the standard hourly rate.When pre-booking your space you will be entitled to enter and exit the car park only once.
