For holidays and business trips, NCP Heathrow Airport offers convenient, value for money parking within easy reach of the terminal buildings.
Our Heathrow Airport car park is located less than half a mile from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 - just off the M4 spur road, behind the Park Inn Hotel. We operate a frequent courtesy shuttle bus service, which will take you to the terminals in just four-to-eight minutes.
When you arrive
To make your parking experience easier we now have number plate recognition. If you have pre-booked a space you no longer need to push for a ticket. Our camera will read your number plate and issue you a ticket automatically. However, if you haven’t given us your registration plate number you can do this now by clicking here
If you haven’t pre-booked your space simply press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, take the ticket and find a place to park.
When you get back
If you pre-booked your space then simply drive up to the exit barrier, insert the ticket you were given at the entry barrier. The barrier will raise and you can leave the car park.
If you did not pre-book your space, please take the ticket you got at the entry barrier to one of our payment machines. Insert it into the machine and we will work out how much your parking is, you can pay using your credit or debit card. Then simply return to your car and drive up to the exit barrier, which will rise when you insert your ticket and allow you to leave.

Our shuttle buses operate every 10 minutes between 5am and 17.30pm and from 17.30 a 15 minute service up to Midnight, and drop off pick up at Terminals 1 and 3. Outside these hours, please call 020 8759 9878 to request a transfer.
If you are departing from Heathrow terminal one, we will drop you off at stand five and pick you up from this stand when you return. If you are departing from terminal three we will drop you off at stand 22 and pick you up from this stand when you return.
Please note: A booking fee of £1.50 applies if you pay by credit card. There’s no booking fee when you pay by debit card.
Our Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 & 5 car park is located in the Hilton Hotel that’s just off junction 14 of the M25.

The Hotel Hoppa bus (H57) starts running to terminal 4 and 5 at 4.16am and finishes at 10.58pm. They run to the terminal building every 30 minutes during these hours.
The Hotel Hoppa bus (H10) to Terminals 1 and 3 starts running at 4.15am and finishes at 23.15. Neither bus service is free of charge. You can buy your one way ticket from the bus driver on the day. When you get back to the airport you’ll need to catch the bus from stand 26/27. If you land at terminal 4 you’ll need bus stop 13.
