How do I make a booking?
There are 4 steps to making a booking:
1. Select your date and time
2. Complete your passenger details
3. Complete your payment details
4. Print out your confirmation invoice and email
Please remember you need to bring your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Can I book at short notice?
All bookings need to be made at least one calendar day prior to arriving at the car park.
How are parking charges calculated?
Pre-booked car park prices are calculated on a 24 hour basis, or part thereof. The number of days charged for when you pre-book is calculated on the basis of the times and dates you select when making your booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
NCP accepts payment by the following credit and debit cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
How do I know that my Booking has been placed?
Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the Airport. You can also view your booking by simply clicking on "Manage my Booking" at the top of this page.
What is "Manage my booking"?
This service enables you to amend or cancel your booking online. You can amend all your details including car registration.
How can I amend my booking?
The below amendment procedure applies to all bookings made at the following airports:
Birmingham
International Airport
Cardiff Airport
Edinburgh Airport
Glasgow Airport
Norwich Airport
Bookings made at the above airports can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your booked car park entry time.
The simplest way is to click on "Manage my Booking" at the top of this page. Amendments made online are not subject to any additional fees
You can also amend a booking by calling our customer service line on 0845 050 7080 (option 1) or by emailing us at airportenquiries@ncp.co.uk.
To allow us to help you more quickly, please ensure that you quote your booking reference number.
What happens if I want to bring a different car to the one confirmed at booking?
If you are driving a different car to that detailed on your confirmation invoice, you can amend the details to your booking online. Simply click on "Manage my Booking" at the top of the website.
You can also phone 0845 050 7080 (option 1). Please make sure you have your booking reference and revised car details to hand.
How can I cancel my booking?
The below cancellation procedure applies to all bookings made at the following airports:
Glasgow Airport
Norwich Airport
Bookings made at the above airports can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your booked car park entry time. However, any call centre booking fees and credit card surcharges will not be refunded.
The simplest way to cancel your booking is to click on "Manage my Booking" at the top of this page. Cancellations made online for the above airports are not subject to any additional fees

All cancellations at the above airports are subject to an £9.50 administration fee.*
*This does not apply to Birmingham or Cardiff Airports if you have purchased the Cancellation Protection Product.

What is "Display Previous Bookings"?
This allows you to view all your bookings made over the past 12 months. You will need to enter your email address and postcode from the last booking made.
